After a brief early summer break, CEFX is back at it full speed with tons of new products coming soon to get you ready for a great indoor racing season. From additional new parts to include in our Griffin 12 and Griffin 10 car kits. There is also some new suprises up our sleeves for new product lines as well as the development of CEFX's 1/10 oval program. Loads on deck so keep an eye out - It's all on the way from CEFX!!

2011 ROAR On-Road Carpet Nationals @ Time Zone Raceway was a huge sucess for the Griffin 12 and Griffin 10. CEFX owner Josh Cyrul, added to the impressive tally of ROAR National Championships with his 32nd and 33rd in 1/12 Modified and WGT. While Josh dominated WGT qualifying and the mains, 1/12 Modified was a tougher fight when TQ was lost in the last round due to thermal shutdown of a different speed control set-up. Starting the mains from 3rd on the grid, the Griffin 12 rocketed off the line to 2nd position and then to the lead in the next corner. From there, Josh was out into the lead and controlled the rest of the race to hold onto the A-Main #1 victory. The 2nd main would be much more interesting as a little too much throttle off the line and the Griffin 12's massive forward bite equaled a wheelie that turned into a 5' high blow over. With the entire field passing under Josh's car there was a lot of work to be done being back 8+ seconds on the leaders. The deficit was no match for Josh and the Griffin 12. Six minutes into the race, Josh was back out in front and stretching the lead to over a 2 seconds to wrap up another 2 National Titles for CEFX.
